STORE POLICY

Store Policy
  • If a customer is unsure of what size to order, please refer to the size guide at the bottom of each product page.

  • Product material details are provided in description area on each product page.

  • After placing order, customer will receive a confirmation email. Once the order has been shipped, customer will receive a shipping confirmation email with the USPS tracking number.

  • We are not able to change shipping address once order is placed. 

  • All promotions and new product releases will be advertised on our social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), and via email subscription blasts.

  • To subscribe to our email subscriptions, please enter your email in the field on the footer (bottom of page).

  • We inspect all apparel and merchandise items before packaging for distribution, and before shipping off.

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit card via online checkout.

  • Cash will only be accepted at events/conferences occurring in-person.

  • Checks and money orders not accepted.
